Do I need to sign up for GGD Rewards separately?

No. Every verified GGD wholesale account is automatically enrolled. As soon as your account is approved, you start earning points on every order.
Do my points expire?

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. We define active as placing at least one order within a 12-month period.
How do I check my points balance?

Click the "Check My Points Balance" button on this page or look for the GGD Rewards widget on any page of the store. You must be logged in to see your balance.
Can I use points on any order?

Yes. Once you have 5,000 points, you can redeem them for $5 off any wholesale order — no minimum order required for redemption.
When do Shop Pro and Shop Elite tiers launch?

We're working on it. Points you earn now as a Shop Starter member will count toward tier qualification when Pro and Elite launch — so keep ordering.
